Chef & Food and Culture Content Creator and Writer

JT is a chef, a published author, and a lover of food, culture, and the arts. JT recently returned from NYC, where prior to the pandemic, they worked as a garde manger for a busy Italian bistro in NoHo, a server for a private chef on the UES, and have spent the last 20+ years honing their skills as a home chef. Looking to pivot to a career in food, they enrolled in the Silver Fork culinary arts program at the Center on Halsted in the Summer of 2023.
